Requirements

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Key account manager in supporting the company to maintain a high-quality standard in the industry, solving concerns from the company’s key clients, and analyzing and preparing reports as needed.

* Develop an in-depth understanding of the needs and requirements of important clients

and prepare tailored solutions.

* Prepare customized quotations for targeted accounts by applying the pricing policy and

utilizing market intelligence.

* Create and maintain customer SOPs for key account clients.

* Conduct regular performance review meetings with Key Account clients.

* Track and t race the status of parcels and provide updates to Key account customers.

* Generate weekly and monthly performance reports on delivery/dispatch rates for key

accounts.

* Analyze data and identify the underlying causes for any issues based on tracking and

tracing reports from key account customers.

* Prepare and send AR billing invoices/statements to customers on a weekly basis and

follow up on any late payments.

* Review claims submitted by Key Account Customers.

* Take on additional tasks as assigned.

* Provide backup support to other team members when necessary.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the logistics

industry(specifically small parcel last mile delivery).

* Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.

* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Willingness to travel as required.
