This role bridges commercial execution and marketing innovation, driving both sales growth and brand relevance within these ecosystems.

 

As part of the On Premise Marketing Organization, the Manager of Key Account Marketing translates commercial objectives into brand-building programs, shaping Red Bull’s presence across the path to purchase, from visible availability to occasion-based marketing. The position combines strategic account leadership, data-driven business management, and creative marketing integration, establishing Red Bull’s as the most visible and desired energy brand across key emerging segments – Fitness, Collegiate, Travel, and Healthcare.

Job Description

KEY FUNCTIONS

Lead development and execution of strategic marketing programs across emerging Non-Commercial On Premise segments

Translate On Premise and Brand Marketing strategies into scalable, high‑impact programs

Create integrated marketing strategies that advance Red Bull distribution, visibility, and consumer demand across national partners. 

Act as the primary marketing representative in high‑stakes customer meetings, planning sessions, and strategic negotiations. 

Influence segment strategy throughout every layer of the On Premise business

 

CREATE NATIONAL PROGRAMMING THAT ALIGNS WITH DEPARTMENT PRIORITIES

Uncovers key on premise trends and opportunities and develops innovative marketing solutions by segment

Combines On Premise strategy and marketing initiatives to activate each segment at scale

Strategically aligns relevant national accounts with key marketing opportunities

Ensures programs support objectives of securing new business, driving demand, building relevance within key consumption occasions (eg At-Work, Study, Fitness) and expanding execution within existing accounts

 

DRIVE STRATEGY INTO ACTION 

Understands Key Account landscape and how to apply marketing tactics to fit customer and Red Bull’s needs

Collaborates with key stakeholders within US and HQ On Premise Marketing to align strategies with Key Account business needs

Develops and implements year thru strategy within Key Account customers via joint business planning and segment programming

Effectively communicates strategy to Key Account Sales teams, driving clear understanding, alignment, and adoption.

Bring Marketing opportunities to Sales counterparts for small fire activations

 

BUILD RED BULL PRESENCE IN EMERGING SEGMENTS OF BUSINESS

Identifies opportunities to build relevance, reach new consumers, and unlock incremental commercial growth

Defines how the brand shows up across messaging, programming, and activation

Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, and Insights to ensure emerging segment strategies ladder into broader brand and business priorities

Effectively delivers and executes impactful segment-level strategies, ensuring strong adoption and follow-through with end users

 

REPRESENT RED BULL MARKETING IN CUSTOMER MEETINGS AND PLANNING SESSIONS

Acts as the expert in Red Bull Marketing opportunities, programs and initiatives for customer partners

Collaborates with marketing counterparts (eg Sports, Gaming, Culture, Brand) for account programming integration

Understands customer needs and aligns with Red Bull Brand and On Premise strategic priorities

Represents the Brand in a professional and impactful manner to drive business opportunities

 

ENSURE A RETURN OF INVESTMENTS OF RESOURCES AND EFFORTS

Key stakeholder in business plan process for Non-Commercial Channel

Identifies business case & develop rationale to inform programming decisions

Devises and executes smart tests

Assume responsibility for budget management for segment(s) of business

Establish clear KPIs prior to program launches

Lead after action review process to gather insight for future programming

Qualifications

3+ years of Marketing and/or Sales experience

Non-Commercial or Vending Field Experience a plus

Occasion Marketing Experience a plus

History of success in managing large scale projects - strong project management required

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains high pressure situations with composure

Experience presenting in customer meetings required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; MBA a plus

Fluent English, additional language skills an advantage

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - 138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
