We are hiring immediately for a Junior Project Manager in our Events Sector, which plays a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need

What You’ll Do
As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll support experienced PMs in delivering event projects safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Aggreko’s standards:
Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating event project activities
Support on‑site setup, logistics, and vendor coordination for temporary power, HVAC, and cooling systems
Maintain project documentation, updates, reports, and risk tracking
Help monitor project budgets, timelines, and customer requirements
Partner with sales and senior PMs to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Contribute to the development of Project Delivery Plans, ensuring alignment with Aggreko’s Project Management guidelines
Support bid and tender preparation with data gathering and documentation
Promote safety best practices and compliance across all project activities
Travel 70–80% depending on event needs
Note: This role supports the project lifecycle but does not serve as the lead PM. It is designed to build capability and grow into more complex responsibilities.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
We’re experts and we’ll help you become one too. We’re looking for someone with:
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or events operations (internships or early‑career roles welcome)
Interest in events, temporary power, HVAC, or industrial equipment (prior exposure a plus, not required)
Strong organization, communication, and time‑management skills
Ability to support multiple projects in fast‑paced environments
Willingness to learn technical concepts related to generators, electrical distribution, HVAC, or air systems
Familiarity with CRM or project tracking tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
