What You’ll Be DoingWe are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support the team in implementing and evolving the brand’s graphic identity. This role will be responsible for executing a variety of creative projects across print and digital touchpoints.
You will work closely with creative leadership, and internal design team to produce on-brand and beautiful creative, including bringing consistency to our multi-sku packaging system, designing stand-out novel brand assets for events, creating unique digital assets for on-site and social, and designing playful merch for the brand.

You will work closely with creative leadership, and internal design team to produce on-brand and beautiful creative, including bringing consistency to our multi-sku packaging system, designing stand-out novel brand assets for events, creating unique digital assets for on-site and social, and designing playful merch for the brand.

What You’ll Do
- Own the design and iteration of all product packaging under the guidance of the Design Director, ensuring brand consistency across all formats and franchises.
- Execute the design for print and digital initiatives , including Sephora and DTC web graphics, email campaigns, merch, social posts, and event assets.
- Assist Creative team on concepting, moodboarding, pulling relevant inspiration for new launches, campaigns, and more.
- Own the execution of miscellaneous production design tasks, including resizing assets, formatting, and creating international packaging iterations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, and Merchandising on packaging design, in-store design needs, and 360 campaign creative.
- A passionate designer with a deep knowledge and geeky predilection for type hierarchy, layout, and historical design trends.
- A sharp eye, elevated taste, and a passion for creating standout work
- A portfolio that showcases your unique graphic finger print
- 1-3 years of design experience, ideally in beauty or lifestyle brands
- Previous experience with print and packaging dielines is a plus
- Experience working on digital design is a plus, specifically email creative, homepage banners, and creating GIFs
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communications skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once with grace
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter attitude, collaborative spirit, and an openness to learn and grow
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Salary Band: $70,500-80,000
