Fabletics is looking for a Graphic Designer.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the execution of digital communications that translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, and easy to understand. This person will have a strong understanding of the Fabletics customer, a refined design aesthetic, and the ability to execute high-quality work at a fast pace.
In this role, you will contribute to the overall art direction of the business and work across multiple channels. Developing, contributing, and collaborating, you will create compelling design for emails, site, social, and broader marketing initiatives. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves, help develop, plan, and execute work with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail. You should also be open and eager to learn new AI tools and explore how emerging technology can support stronger creative execution, workflow efficiency, and innovation.
You will need strong organizational and interpersonal skills to excel in this role. Fabletics is particularly looking for a highly motivated, do-it-yourself individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
This role will report to the Sr. Art Director.

What You Will Do
Conceptualizes, elevates, maintains, and is accountable for quality of work and timeliness of delivery across multiple creative projects
Designs for site, email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing projects across all platforms by collaborating with cross-functional partners
Works directly with the marketing, copywriting, and project management teams to create engaging, inspiring, and on-brand marketing emails and other projects on a weekly/monthly basis
Works within and evolves templates that communicate Fabletics marketing goals and expansion
Weekly design of site updates: home page slides, category banners, templates, landing pages, and more
Ensures on-time and accurate delivery of all short and long-term initiatives
Demonstrates flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Brings a positive, proactive, self-starting attitude
Ensures high standards and quality assurance across all work produced so that it is cohesive, consistent, and brand-right
Learns and leverages knowledge of our customers and company KPI’s to assure we are creating optimal assets
Identifies opportunities to improve design execution, workflow, and asset quality across recurring creative needs
Designs PR materials, advertising, and other print marketing materials as needed

Figma prototyping and slides
Experience or interest in AI tools for design exploration, image generation, workflow efficiency, and creative problem-solving
What You Can Bring
3-5 years of experience in graphic design with emphasis in ecommerce, fashion, retail, or a related digital-first brand
Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design or Web Design or equivalent experience is preferred
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Strong understanding of digital design, typography, layout, photography, and visual storytelling
Ability to execute elevated creative across multiple channels while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and brand standards
Collaborate in the development of project concepts, and apply a consistent design approach to a wide range of digital content.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $68,500-$80,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
