Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer with a strong passion for motocross culture and design to join our art department. This role will support the development of high-quality visual content for marketing, product launches, and brand initiatives, with a particular focus on our Motocross category.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, event assets, and product imagery for the MX category.
- Collaborate with senior designers, marketing managers, and product teams to translate creative briefs into compelling designs.
- Develop visual assets for athlete partnerships, race team promotions, and motocross event campaigns.
- Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photography to align with brand standards.
- Prepare artwork for both print and digital applications, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content that reflect the motocross lifestyle and Alpinestars’ brand identity.
- Maintain organized design files, templates, and asset libraries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional design experience (internships and freelance work considered).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong layout, typography, and image composition skills.
- Passion for motocross and motorsports culture is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with social media content formats and trends.
- Photography skills a plus.
- Knowledge of print production processes.
