Fabletics is looking for a Jr. Digital Graphic Designer.  

How do you Fit in?

The Jr. Digital Graphic Designer is responsible for the execution of digital communications that translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, and easy to understand. This person will understand the Fabletics customer and has clean design aesthetics.
 
In this role, you will have the opportunity to help contribute to the overall art direction of the business and work across multiple channels. Developing, contributing and collaborating—you will help with compelling design for emails and our marketing initiatives. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves, help develop, plan and execute. You will need strong organizational and interpersonal skills to excel in this role. Fabletics is particularly looking for a highly motivated, do-it-yourself individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

You will report to the Sr. Art Director and partner closely with Creative, Project Management, CRM, and Marketing

What you will do:

  • Conceptualizes, elevates, maintains, and is accountable for quality of work and timeliness of delivery across multiple creative projects

  • Helps with the design for site, email marketing and social media projects across all platforms by collaborating with cross departments

  • Works directly with the marketing, copywriting, merchandising, and project management team to help create engaging, inspiring and on brand marketing emails and other projects on a weekly/monthly basis

  • Works within templates that communicate Fabletics marketing goals and expansion

  • Weekly design of site updates: home page slides, category banners, templates, landing pages and more

  • Ensures on time and accurate delivery of all short and long term initiatives

  • Demonstrates flexibility, organization skills and the ability to multi-task

  • Having a positive, proactive, self-starting attitude

  • Ensures high standards and quality assurance across all work produced so that it is cohesive, consistent, and brand-right

  • Learn and leverage knowledge of our customers and company KPI’s to assure we are creating optimal assets

  • Special print design opportunities:

    • Design PR materials, advertising and other print marketing materials

    • Understands and prepares mechanicals for trim and packaging production

    • Provide print solutions that are technically feasible and innovative, and establish competency of printer’s capabilities
       

What you can bring:

  • Based in LA

  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design with emphasis in ecommerce and fashion or internship equivalent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design or Web Design or equivalent experience is preferred

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator

  • Possess a passion for, and strength in, recognizing excellent web typography and photography

  • Collaborate in the development of project concepts, and apply a consistent design approach to a wide range of digital content
     

Nice to have, but we’ll teach you:

  • Figma prototyping and slides

The hourly range for this position is from $26.68-$28.85/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
