⚙️ What You’ll Do ⚙️

  • Lead and mentor a distributed IT operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning across multiple locations.
  • Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance and robust security protocols for Data & IP 
  • Partner with our creative and data science teams to ensure the seamless integration and performance of AI tools and platforms
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors to optimize value and budget efficiency 
  • Champion automation initiatives across all IT operations functions

🔎 What We’re Looking For 🔎

  • 7+ years of experience in fast-paced IT operations; 1+ years managing distributed IT teams
  • A forward-thinking, strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • A strong technical background in networking, security infrastructure, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • A genuine passion for the creative industry and a desire to explore the intersection of technology and creativity.
  • Experience championing automation initiatives
  • Strong skills in vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Nice-to-Have: Previous experience at a media environment (e.g. creative agency, production company, advertising agency, or similar environment)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $105,000 – $130,000 USD per year, based on experience
