Job Description

Job Title: IT Help Desk Coordinator

Location: San Bruno, CA 

Duration: 3+ Months Contract

Job Description:

• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.

• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.

• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

• May require an associate's degree and 3-5 years of experience.

• This is a phone support position. - At least 3 years of Windows/Mac support in an enterprise environment

• Proficient in supporting Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Cisco VPN, WebEx.

• Linux knowledge is a plus

• Casper knowledge is a plus

• Must be proficient to support end users on the phone

• Good communication skills

• Good customer service

• Additional tasks assigned by manager
