Responsibilities
- Define system architecture for semiconductor memory test equipment, including requirements, performance models, and product specifications.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to develop and evolve test equipment strategy and roadmaps.
- Design scalable, secure systems, supporting development from early concept through integration and delivery.
- Collaborate with mechanical, hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability.
- Explore and develop future-focused solutions for SSD testing and next-generation technologies.
- Improve and modernize existing systems and infrastructure to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Support and mentor engineers, helping build technical expertise and team capability.
- Represent the team in technical discussions with customers and partners, contributing to shared decisions and outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in electrical, electronics, or system-level design.
- Experience with computer architecture, interfaces, and digital and analog circuit design.
- Experience with high-speed systems, signal integrity, and related design or simulation tools.
- Familiarity with test and lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and analyzers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with communication protocols such as PCIe, NVMe, or Ethernet.
- Knowledge of memory technologies and system integration.
- Experience leading technical work or guiding engineering decisions.
- Familiarity with SSD testing approaches and workflows.
- Experience using Linux-based systems and scripting (such as Python) for automation or analysis.
- Understanding of industry standards (such as JEDEC or PCI-SIG).
