Job Title:IT Analyst

Pay Details:

The starting hourly rate range for this position is $38.00 to $48.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will take internal value, peer equity, job-related factors, and other organizational considerations into account.

The IT Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining a reliable IT environment, with a focus on the availability and performance of desktop and mobile systems. This role requires knowledge of desktop and laptop computing, iOS devices, wireless networks, email systems, antivirus and malware protection, cybersecurity, and phone systems. The IT Analyst also provides technical support for events at Honda Center and surrounding event spaces, as needed.​​

Responsibilities

  • Configure, deploy, and provide ongoing support for desktop hardware and systems

  • Set up and support phone systems, including analog, cloud-based, and IP-based solutions

  • Configure, deploy, and support network printers

  • Provide technical support for Apple and Android mobile devices

  • Provide application support for Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and Dynamics CRM

  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to point-of-sale hardware and software

  • Assist with audio/visual systems and conference room setup, configuration, and troubleshooting

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues involving desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • A+ certification preferred

  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Desktop Analyst, Desktop Support Analyst, or similar role

  • Experience with Tanium or a similar endpoint management tool strongly preferred

  • Experience administering and maintaining user accounts in Microsoft Azure and on-premises Active Directory

  • Experience with ServiceNow or a similar help desk/ticketing system

  • Knowledge of databases, system security, and technical troubleshooting

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support a diverse user community

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Understanding of general business practices and operations

  • Proactive approach with strong follow-through and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and complete projects on time

  • Valid California driver’s license and acceptable driving record

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays as required

  • Ability to stand and bend for prolonged periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds
