Scaled Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst Intern

We’re looking for a Scaled Strategy & Operations Intern to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Scaled Services organization, you will drive research & analysis to help us better understand SMB Advertisers and their advertising journey with Snap. Working from our Los Angeles headquarters, you’ll be responsible for researching existing, prospective, and past advertisers to help identify what success looks like for advertisers on Snap and how to model ideal advertising partners. In addition we are looking to map out the advertiser journey, and the various marketing and sales touch points from discovery through running live campaigns. We’re looking for someone with a passion for customer experience, an interest or understanding of digital and mobile advertising with an entrepreneurial spirit. We find creative solutions to complex problems in an environment where our actions are guided by our key values of kind, smart, and creative.
What you'll do:
Research existing, prospective and past advertisers in the small to medium sized business space
Work with the scaled Inside Sales team to help gain a better understanding of which types of advertisers are finding success on our platform
Map an advertiser’s journey from the moment of identifying Snap as a potential advertising partner through the campaign lifecycle documenting marketing and sales touchpoints
Analyze the journey and lifecycle to identify opportunities for improvement and increase engagement
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
Able to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and someone who feels comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
Someone who can multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
A detail-oriented person who has a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational/project managing skills
Someone who is self-directed and proactive
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Business, Marketing or business or analytics related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Lucidchart or other flowchart creation software
An understanding of digital marketing and an emphasis on mobile
An interest Customer and User experience and Design
