Sales Operations Intern

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Summer Intern to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with our Sales Teams and Cross-Functional Partners, you will use your strategic thinking, analytical skills and business knowledge to identify strategic initiatives and prioritize efforts to amplify revenue. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate closely with Snap’s US Sales Channel and Vertical Leaders and other cross functional partners (Product Marketing, HR, and Finance).
What you’ll do:
Provide analysis and recommend tactical short-term and long-term goals to amplify revenue and enhance productivity for the US Sales organization
Lead a core (summer-long) project involving cross-functional collaboration - including enhancements to go-to-market strategy for 1+ enterprise and/or emerging sales verticals, businesses cases (as needed) and a defined roadmap to drive successful implementation
Support additional ad hoc analyses and initiatives focused on identifying areas of market opportunity and gaps to prioritize customer segments accordingly
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for audiences ranging from sales teams to Snap’s business leadership
Ability to work independently and drive multiple projects to completion simultaneously through strong ownership and attention to detail, with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate spreadsheet modeling and analytical skills
Experience approaching problems using a structured, analytical mindset, strong project management and business judgement
Proficiency with Google Docs (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Mathematics/Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
Familiarity with the media and advertising business, specifically digital and mobile
Experience extracting data with SQL and utilizing data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
Proficiency working with CRM systems like Salesforce
Demonstrated experience learning quickly and being intellectually curious
Ability to make judgment calls in an ambiguous environment
