Growth Manager, MBA Intern

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the growth team, you will identify, build, and analyze programs to grow our Snapchatter community and product engagement around the world. Working from our LA office, you’ll collaborate with data science, product, design, engineering, marketing, and international teams to lead in the analysis of market trends and development of novel growth programs and initiatives.
What you’ll do:
Analyze community-level engagement trends to identify areas of opportunity for further exploration
Monitor and deeply understand product and user metrics by region, demo, platform and depth of engagement using internal and external data sources
Partner closely with the data science team to surface insights / recommendations based on market trends
Conduct ongoing campaign performance reviews across channels, partners, regions, and strategies
Present results, learnings, and recommendations based on program and campaign performance
Ideate and execute creative product and feature experiments to impact engagement and retention
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and proactively provide recommendations
Excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting to and communicating with senior leadership
Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs against clear goals and objectives with minimal guidance
Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive stakeholder alignment and scaled communications
Excellent analytical skills and comfort dealing with large data sets
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an MBA with a BS/BA degree in mathematics, engineering, data science, finance or other technical field
Some prior experience in growth, product management, or a quantitative / analytical role (e.g., finance, strategy, consulting)
Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience analyzing complex growth programs and surfacing insights and recommendations
Hands-on experience managing acquisition or re-engagement channels such as push notifications, SMS, email, or paid user acquisition campaigns
Experience in modeling, forecasting and data analytics
Familiarity with Python, SQL, and/or business intelligence tools
