Continuous Improvement trainee:
- The CI Intern collaborates with cross-functional teams to support in deployment of productivity improvements;
- LEAN processes, time studies for reducing waste and excess, line balancing, 6S, Kaizen, etc.
- They assist with productivity and cost reduction projects, create proper times studies, and develop Standard Work for operational processes as requested.
- These interns utilize their technical education to work with the manufacturing and functional teams to coordinate in setting up or changing the operational processes involved with new or revised products and services.
What you need
- Third year B.S. in engineering completed.
- Strong analytical skills and presentation skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Basic PC skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
