About the location:

Nestled along a two-mile (3.2-kilometre) stretch of beach in Puerto Rico’s Bahia Beach community, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is also surrounded by its own 483-acre (195-hectare) private nature reserve. The property is seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings, allowing guests and residents to immerse themselves in the white sand beaches, verdant walking trails, and myriad outdoor activities – from golf, tennis, swimming and beyond.

About the role:

Four Seasons Puerto Rico is currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic Director of Sales to join our dynamic Commercial team. Ideal candidates are dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Commercial Director

What you will do

  • Support Commercial Director in achieving overall business objective and formulation of strategies in ensuring business attainment

  • Managing Sales team and overseeing daily sales operation

  • Review sales production and implement sales action plan to achieve the budget goals

  • Work closely with DORM to produce accurate Forecast and make adjustments as needed after Strategy meetings for yield optimization

  • Maximize sales in all hotel revenue areas. Supporting Catering, F&B Outlets, Spa and Front Office in selling efforts.

What you bring

  • Bachelors Degree or diploma in Business/Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management preferred

  • Minimum 3 years work experience as Director of Sales, luxury experience preferred.

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
