Job Purpose:
This position is accountable for orchestrating integrated media plans designed to achieve marketing strategies. The individual will work collaboratively with marketing strategy, analytics, media team counterparts and digital team members to build and deliver the plans. 

This position will be instrumental in providing a level of cohesion between key marketing functions such as creative services and operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build measurable, integrated media plans that align with marketing strategy.
  • Lead team of cross-functional resources to strategize, implement and measure media tactics in support of marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers to prioritize work.
  • Align resources outside of media and outside of marketing as needed.
  • Collaborate with strategy leader to develop channel-specific content, utilizing personal experience and channel-based SMEs to improve the customer experience as well as campaign/channel performance. 
  • Working with team, maintain and project area budgets.
  • Research and secure media, either direct or through agency partners, as needed. 
  • Proactively assess and monitors execution of the plan to ensure effectiveness. 
  • Communicate results and recommendations.
  • Exercise initiation and creativity in seeking solutions to business issues and problems using consumer insights to guide development.
  • Monitor industry trends and conduct competitive analysis. Analysis may include business models, experience framework and marketing technology.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working in an integrated media capacity either in direct mail or digital media.
  • DTC and B2B business model experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risk, create, execute, measure, and manage diverse media programs.
  • Fosters collaboration and is a clear, concise, and compelling communicator.
  • Ability to influence technical and marketing peers, and exercise upward influence to bring momentum to new initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Demonstrated success with problem-solving and innovation.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to build new processes/procedures that are collaborative and extendable.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$102,200.00 - $153,300.00
