Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support and drive our business development activities. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between our sales team and potential customers, coordinating meetings, capturing critical insights, and managing sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Outreach:
Conduct proactive outreach to qualify leads via phone, email, and other digital channels.
Schedule introductory and follow-up meetings between sales representatives and prospective customers.

Meeting Coordination and Documentation:
Arrange sales calls and virtual meetings, clearly communicating schedules and objectives.
Attend meetings, actively capturing notes, key discussion points, and action items.

Sales Administration:
Prepare accurate sales documents, including proposals, quotes, and change orders.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, finance, operations) to facilitate timely processing of sales paperwork.

Customer Relationship Management:
Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring all information is current and actionable.
Provide regular follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate weekly/monthly reports on lead conversion rates, meeting outcomes, and sales pipeline status.
Identify trends and propose solutions to improve sales team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2-5 years of experience in an inside sales or sales development role.
Proven success in scheduling and coordinating sales meetings.
Strong organizational skills with precise attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
Comfortable using Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack).
Experience with sales documentation processes, including proposal writing and change order management.

Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or technology sectors.
Experience in high-growth startup or fast-paced sales environments.
