Position Overview:
Accuris seeks a highly analytical, data-driven, and innovative Outbound SDR dedicated to penetrating new logo accounts through advanced signal-based prospecting. You will systematically test signal-based outreach hypotheses and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, leveraging strategic support selectively as you ramp.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build sophisticated, signal-driven prospecting lists with Clay, Sales Navigator, and CRM.
  • Execute high-volume, intelligent outreach sequences.
  • Use Calendly to autonomously set qualified meetings on AE calendars, with strategic AE involvement as needed.
  • Continuously test outreach assumptions about market signals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and refine outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams for optimal messaging.
  • Maintain thorough CRM records.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years outbound sales development experience in strategic account management or customer success within high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach.
  • Advanced proficiency with Calendly, Clay, Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and creative outreach capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for senior-level stakeholder interactions.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 and the anticipated total OTE for this role is $110,000 - $135,000. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
