Main purpose of the Influencer Relations Assistant role:

Assist with recruitment and growth of REVOLVE’s influencer network through special brand projects and relationship building.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support strategic initiatives to grow and strengthen in-house Owned Brands through influencer and ambassador programs
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of curated capsule collections and influencer collaborations
  • Help manage day-to-day influencer and partner relationships, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
  • Support the identification of new creators, emerging platforms, content trends, and social opportunities
  • Assist in outreach, pitching, and onboarding of influencers aligned with brand values and campaign goals
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of paid and organic influencer campaigns, including timelines, content tracking, and deliverables
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Track, organize, and report on campaign performance metrics, helping surface insights and learnings
  • Maintain organized databases, trackers, and internal documentation for influencers, contracts, and campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (legal, brand, marketing) to support smooth campaign execution

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, relationships, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Creative, curious, and eager to learn within the creator and social media space
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and the creator economy
  • Ability to analyze performance data and apply learnings to future campaigns
  • Willingness to take direction, ask questions, and grow within a manager-led role

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting influencer or ambassador programs, including outreach, coordination, or campaign execution
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and basic reporting
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and internal tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite 
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, brand partnerships, or a related field

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.


A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $21/hr to $23/hr.
