$90,000.00 - $205,000.00 a year

Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier performance and strategic relationships for the Semiconductor Sourcing team.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies in alignment with business objectives , partnering with internal Micron customers to drive implementation across DRAM module products.
- Own end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories, ensuring alignment across key customers.
- Drive cost savings initiatives and track performance against defined metrics.
- Lead process improvement efforts applying AI to increase efficiency and scalability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering , Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sourcing or relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong technical or engineering foundation, with the ability to understand component-level tradeoffs, supplier capabilities, and system-level impacts.
- Experience working with and influencing senior and executive leadership, including presenting strategies and recommendations.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems, navigate ambiguity, and manage competing priorities to drive outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with DRAM module components such as PMIC or RCD.
- Experience in external facing roles, showing an ability to effectively represent Micron while maintaining confidentiality and managing supplier expectations.
