Coordinate incentive programs by managing dealer purchase data, answering inquiries, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Optimize processes and provide support.
Fluidra is looking for an Incentive Program Coordinator to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The Incentive Program Coordinator is responsible for uploading purchase data received from distributor files, applying loyalty points to member accounts on a monthly basis and ensuring dealer incentive rebates are issued in accordance to Zodiac guidelines, administering various incentive programs to include assisting dealers and outside sales staff with inquiries, answering incoming phone calls. Additionally, you will:
- Send monthly reminders to distributors about sending in their purchase data for Incentives Programs.
- Collect, analyze, and format all incoming dealer purchase records from distributors in Excel and load them into Oracle.
- Review and address dealer purchase dates in the corrections form daily.
- Load dealer inventive points into Oracle, including special points and sales accommodations
- Report data to 3rd party Visa Rewards partner semi-annually to ensure dealers receive inventive rebates.
- Set up new and approved Distributors and work with IT to onboard via FTP.
- Handle all Loyalty product orders for PIP, ProChannel, and Indirect.
- Facilitates efficient communication, documentation, and workflow management.
- Regularly implement ways to optimize current processes and utilize the available resources necessary to launch improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate distributor reports for errors, trends, and foresee potential obstacles
- Answer phone inquiries; provide program information, order status, and shipment tracking.
- Provide backup phone support to Customer for Life Advocates
- Accepts and performs other work assignments as assigned.
- Issue coding of Marketing Invoices
- Provide phone coverage for CXC upon request
WHAT WE SEEK
- Advanced Excel Knowledge
- Must have 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to type 50 WPM
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must have a keen attention to detail
- Capable of multitasking, and have experience with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, and Word
- Hospitality or Travel Industry experience a plus
- Knowledge of Oracle and/or other ERP systems a plus
EDUCATION
High school education or equivalent

Expected hourly range is $23-$26.50.
