We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Operations Manager focused on immigration, HRIS accuracy, and employee lifecycle operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage employment-based immigration cases across multiple visa types, including H-1B and green card processes.
- Coordinate closely with external immigration vendors and legal partners.
- Track case status, approvals, deadlines, and documentation; proactively communicate updates to stakeholders and employees.
- Support higher immigration case volume during peak periods such as the H-1B lottery.
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate execution and smooth coordination across HR, IT, Legal, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records related to employee lifecycle changes, with a strong focus on onboarding and offboarding data integrity.
- Support employment verification and employee training processes in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation, tracking, and workflows within Human Resources Operations.
- Background in Human Resources Operations with exposure to employment-based immigration processes.
- Working knowledge of general H-1B and green card process steps.
- Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data management.
- Strong coordination and communication skills; comfortable working in a stakeholder-heavy, client-facing environment.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and responsible, with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable in a manual, execution-heavy role with changing priorities.
- Experience working in companies with a meaningful visa population (ideally where ~10–20% of employees are on visas).
- Flexible, open-minded, and willing to step in as coverage when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The salary range for this position is $107,000 - $145,000
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
