The HR Manager will partner directly with executive leadership while overseeing employee relations, compliance, performance management and the continued development of HR processes and programs.
The organization has experienced significant growth, so they’re looking for someone who can bring structure, identify gaps and implement practical solutions while remaining approachable and connected to employees.

The strongest candidate will be someone who has already owned an HR function or operated as a strong #2 within one and is ready to take greater ownership.
You won’t be walking into a perfectly finished HR department. This opportunity is best suited for someone who enjoys evaluating what’s already in place, identifying what can be improved and then taking the initiative to make those improvements happen.
Just as importantly, this organization values someone who can build strong relationships. You should be able to establish credibility with executives while remaining visible, accessible and trusted by employees.
Why This OpportunityYou’ll have direct exposure to executive leadership and the ability to make a noticeable impact on a growing organization. Rather than simply maintaining established processes, you’ll have an opportunity to strengthen the HR function, develop the existing team and help build the infrastructure needed for continued growth.
Compensation: $120,000–$135,000, depending on experience.
