About the Role

The University Recruiter plays an integral role in connecting the business with university students globally. You will be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students showcasing Sidecar Health’s people & culture through events and programs to attract and recruit high potential students.

What You'll Do 

  • Support the team with all campus recruitment-related initiatives (campus outreach, intern/graduate recruitment, talent mapping, assessment, and interview coordination)
  • Work with the marketing team to prepare events collateral (webinar content, posters, presentation decks, etc)
  • Work with the talent team to build a strong talent pool of high-potential candidates
  • Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects
  • Update and maintain student database
  • Provide support for interview training and administrative matters
  • Support the talent team with recruitment-related activities
  • Focus on diversity initiatives in the early talent space

What You'll Bring 

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience working within student/campus recruitment or a related field
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationships
  • Excellent recruiting and program management skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of and affinity for the Sidecar Health mission – making great, affordable healthcare available to all
  • A deep desire to change the status quo
