FabFitFun is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, product, project management, data and IT teams to bring top talent into the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job description sourcing, screening, setting up interviews, closing to offer negotiation, ensuring the best possible candidate fit
- Proactively partner with hiring managers and HRBP to understand their hiring needs
- Manage an outstanding and efficient candidate process and experience
- Becomes a student of the business, embedded and knowledgeable about the team and organizational goals.
- Must have experience with and become a subject matter expert with Greenhouse ATS for all applicable roles including, but not limited to: opening reqs, screening candidates, working with the coordinator to schedule interviews, fill-out candidate scorecard/interview plans with detailed notes, following-up with interview panel who has yet to fill-out candidate scorecard, keeping candidates up to date in ATS as to where they currently are in the interview process, sending offer letters and closing reqs
- Continually seek new ways to communicate and network open positions
- Prepare interviewers for a successful candidate experience
- Coordinate and lead debriefs with the recruiting panel following on-site candidate interviews
- Other TA projects & initiatives as needed
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of sourcing and full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably from a technology start-up
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of engineering skill sets (different coding languages, technical stacks and terminology)
- Working knowledge of major applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse)
- Possess a strong understanding of best interview practices and ability to guide the hiring teams to utilize these best practices
- Experience working directly with and supporting technology team leaders, preferably within an entrepreneurial, start-up environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a whatever-it-takes attitude
- Ability to collaborate within the recruiting team and stay calm during high pressure recruiting cycles
