What's Essential:

• 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with a track record of building diverse teams for companies in hyper growth 
• Experience with managing multiple pipelines with differing requirements and skills
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring partners at once
• Experience with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management and reporting 
• Experience crafting your own unique candidate care roadmap while sharing your closing tactics with your colleagues and hiring partners
• Experience standing up new jobs and interview processes from scratch
• You aspire to leave this world better than you found it

Desirable Experience:

• Experience building trainings and shipping to the recruiting team or company wide
• Experience recruiting mechanical, thermal, and controls engineers
• Experience as an early recruiting team member who's mentored new members of a growing recruiting team
