Promenade, formerly known only as BloomNation, is growing rapidly and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our shared People team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll get to attract, hire, and retain the best talent from around the world and work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing departments to guide our company through tremendous growth. The ideal individual for this position is someone who relishes the opportunity to develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and fill the highest priority hiring needs with the best possible candidates.

Specifically, you will…

Be part of a scaling recruiting team that believes in high-touch, candidate-experience focused recruitment

Team up with hiring managers to build strategies and pipeline: source, assess, and close high-caliber candidates 

Continuously build a network of potential candidates

Conduct in-depth interviews with an advanced level of curiosity

Coordinate Pre-brief and post-interview feedback with interview teams and candidates

Measure and improve response and conversion rate metrics for the talent pipeline

You will excel if you have...

1-3+ years of full lifecycle business recruiting experience, including some startup experience

Past experience in working with multiple (and diverse) hiring managers

Ability to identify the unique value that each candidate brings to the table and manage their candidate experience accordingly

Persistent curiosity and desire to learn as much as possible about our business

Highly collaborative recruiter who understands the value of internal relationships

Excellent at driving the process and moving it forward despite any obstacles
