Talent Acquisition Program Manager
What’s so interesting about this role?
At Grindr, connection and safety are at the heart of every decision we make and this mindset extends to how we prioritize and value our internal employees. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Program Manager to translate this passion to our public employer brand so we can continue to attract top talent aligned with our mission of connecting the global LGBTQ+ community. In partnership with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will build and own Grindr’s TA programs for employer branding and marketing, diversity and inclusion, internships, university recruiting and early career talent development, programmatic advertising, and training. Most importantly, you will apply your programmatic and project management skills to help us build world-class TA programs with heart and will work to translate and extend Grindr’s culture and values to candidates and employees internally and externally.
What’s the job?
- Act as the TA team’s programmatic subject matter expert, advising internal stakeholders in a consultative manner on best practices for strategic talent program management and defining and measuring impact for those programs
- Internship program: In partnership with the People & Places team, establish Grindr’s internship program from recruitment through to execution, including communication to leadership, training of Hiring Managers, job posting, and partnering with the Head of Talent Acquisition on capacity, timing, and needs for the execution of the program with simplicity and scalability in mind
- External events, partnerships, and university relations: Create structure for identifying, tracking, and measuring ROI of external recruiting events and partnerships in service to broader TA goals. Using this structure, identify target events and partnerships to pursue, including university relationships for interns, recruiting-focused partnerships for DEI efforts, and public-facing events for trust building or giving back to the LGBTQ+ community
- Diversity and inclusion: Act as a key contributor to Grindr’s global DEI strategy and drive core internal and external components of the strategy in alignment with the needs and goals of the program as identified by Grindr’s Executive Team and VP of People & Places
- Candidate experience: As needed, overhaul and revamp candidate-facing collateral across candidate communication channels and job postings (email, text, and social media), developing solutions and modifications consistent with regional talent markets and unique needs by role function
- Employment Marketing: Own top-of-funnel employment marketing and branding tools and solutions to engage talent across numerous platforms including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Comparably, Built In, Indeed, and more. Manage external vendor relationships and partnerships with employment marketing partners to maximize success and ensure alignment with Grindr’s goals and objectives
