THE ROLE:

Slickdeals seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, engage, and close on high quality candidates. The ideal candidate must be well organized, have a strong sense of prioritization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This position requires you to manage and update our systems and act as a general point of contact for all US-based employee people matters.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Comprehends all phases of the recruitment process as well as best practices.
• Comprehends the business and their operations to better understand what type of candidates are necessary to continue to deliver on
• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role

Partnerships - Relationships, Teamwork/Collaboration, Thought Partnership

• Establishing partnerships as a trusted advisor to the business
• Partners closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
• Provides guidance and consultation to hiring managers on the interview process and selection of candidates
• Work closely with the rest of the People team to ideate, problem solve, and to further enhance the capabilities of our team.

• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
• Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

• 5+ years in the recruitment space and/or a relevant field
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases. Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
