Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network. We’re growing quickly and looking to bring aboard a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our talent acquisition strategy and execution. This is a terrific opportunity to join a hyper-growth start-up right at an inflection point where we grow past 100 employees and through a Series B. You have:
- 8+ years working in talent acquisition at software & technology companies
- 3+ years of experience leading team acquisition efforts
- The drive and grit to be successful at a hyper growth start-up
- General knowledge to work across all departments including technical teams e.g. engineering, product and design
- A “bigger than me” attitude, we move together to serve LP’s best interests
