That’s where you come in.  We’re seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to coordinate each step of the hiring process from start to finish, and help scale our organization!  

This role will start off part time and may lead to a full time position based on performance and company needs.  

What You Will Do:

• Provide support coordination of recruitment activities for the Recruiting team
• Schedule candidate interviews. You will often work directly with candidates and the Recruiting team to facilitate the interview process
• Schedule interviews through Greenhouse
• Ensure information is up to date in Greenhouse, including receiving interviewer feedback in a timely manner
• Help create job descriptions, and post jobs on Greenhouse
• Research compensation
• Work on references and creation of offer letters
• Manage recruiting process for 1-2 entry level requisitions 
• Source for candidates
• Act as a Brand Ambassador in providing the best in class recruiting experience to attract top talent
• Assist in career fairs and diversity initiatives 
• Ensure the candidate has an outstanding recruiting experience through prompt verbal and written communication
• Represent and promote Convoso to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data
• Assist the Recruiting team on ad hoc projects, including building out SOPs

Qualifications:

• Min 1-2 years experience in recruiting
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS, and experience with Greenhouse Onboarding a plus
• Sourcing experience highly desirable
• Proven success working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask
• Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute swiftly and with high level of accuracy 
• Ability to work with various hiring managers
• Experience in a startup environment
• Ability to wear multiple hats, and take initiative, and navigate through an abstract environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor degree in a related field
