Technical Sourcer
The Role
As a Technical Sourcer on our Recruiting team, you will be a key partner and consultant to our recruiters and hiring managers working closely with them to drive sourcing practices and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with recruiters to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
- Attend hiring manager meetings with recruiting
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers on strategies for targeting talent
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, Linkedin and other search techniques
- Screen resumes to determine fit
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team with a focus on seeking technical talent
- Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
- Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers
- Ability to maintain consistent pipeline in multiple technical disciplines
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Experience in an unstructured, constantly changing environment
- Hands on experience with ATS
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting searches outside of Linkedin
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring partners
- Experience sourcing/recruiting for Data Scientists in industrial industries including Energy, IIOT, and AI
- Full cycle recruiting experience across multiple tech/product disciplines
