Recruiting Specialist - Temporary

Description:
As a Recruiting Specialist at Centerfield Media, you will handle all candidate phone and onsite interviews, as well as, make sure that candidates have a great experience and successful interview day. You will also provide support to the recruiting team, which may include but is not limited to, greeting and touring candidates, assisting with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process, and helping recruiters identify top talent by participating in recruiting events or sourcing.
Position Details:
This is a temporary position with Centerfield Media with possibility to convert to full time.
LENGTH OF POSITION: 6-12 months
LOCATION: Playa Vista, CA
The Role:
- You Will Work closely with the Talent and Recruiting Manager and hiring managers to schedule candidate phone/video/on-site interviews, reserve rooms, coordinate travel and accommodation, and any other logistics to ensure our candidates have the best possible experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact during onsite interviews for both the candidate and interviewers
- Set up and prepare interview rooms for candidate on sites
- Build strong relationships with candidates through both written and verbal communication
- Move candidates throughout the interview process swiftly and effectively
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Support employee on boarding and off boarding processes. Maintain employee files and new hire forms
- Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions in our applicant tracking system
- Provide other administrative support as needed
What You Will Bring:
- 2+ years of Recruiting, HR, or Admin experience
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong organizational skills with superb attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information carefully and professionally
- Experience with high-volume coordination and working across multiple functions
- Passionate about gaining expertise in various areas of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
- An exceptional multitasker - You're quick, organized, and you work with a sense of urgency
