Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to drive recruiting processes to create world-class experiences for candidates and our hiring teams. This is a highly collaborative role that will work very closely with internal and external stakeholders across Grindr's business. You will balance driving talent acquisition process, candidate experience, and impactful operational projects on a daily basis and will help lay the foundation for a global and scalable TA process.
What’s the job?
- Take full ownership of scheduling phone and video interviews, communicating with candidates daily, and setting up internal Grindr interviewers for success
- Manage multiple candidate and interviewer calendars to seamlessly coordinate high-volume and fast-paced interviewing activity across many geographic regions and time zones
- Track and manage online job postings and ongoing recruiting reports
- Own the offer letter process from start to finish
- Work closely with the Head of Recruiting on TA operations, process improvements, employer branding, and other TA initiatives as needed
What we'll love about you
- You have 1+ year of dedicated recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the technology sector
- You're experienced with Greenhouse or other enterprise ATS systems
- You have an attention to detail rivaled only by your ability to play calendar Tetris®
- You're a strong writer and verbal communicator and love to use those skills to find collaborative solutions
- You are able to maintain flexibility in an ever-changing and dynamic environment
- You are able to work your way through challenging problems with minimal input or guidance
We’ll really swoon if you have
- Fluency in Google Suite: Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive
- Experience with data maintenance, cleaning, or Excel
- A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- A longer-term interest in a career in recruiting or talent acquisition
