The Grindr Talent team is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to help drive the recruiting process in the spirit of great experiences for candidates and hiring teams. This is a highly collaborative role that will work very closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. 

This is a 3 month contract role with the potential of converting to full time.

Responsibilities

• Take on full ownership of scheduling phone and video interviews 
• Successfully manage multiple candidate and recruiter/hiring manager calendars to seamlessly coordinate high-volume and fast-paced interview activity in various geographic regions and time zones
• Responsible for advertising and managing online job postings
• Manage and update all recruiting reports
• Regularly update company pages on social media (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, BuiltIn, etc.)
• Own the offer letter process from start to finish
• Work closely with the Head of Recruiting on process improvement, employment branding, and other projects

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of dedicated recruiting coordination experience
• Experience with Greenhouse, JobVite, or Workday
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service mentality
• A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Previous experience within a technology company preferred
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to maintain flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with Google Suite: Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive
• Experience using DocuSign a plus
