About the Role
At Sidecar Health, we strongly believe that hiring exceptional talent is key to our success, and that our entire team plays an active role in recruiting. This an exciting opportunity to join Sidecar Health as we build out our in-house talent team. As a Sidecar Health ambassador, you’ll have the opportunity to make a massive impact on the growth and culture of the organization as you help establish a world-class business recruiting function.
What You'll Do
- Proactively build candidate pipeline and drive the hiring process from initial outreach to offer
- Influence hiring managers and leadership to ensure alignment throughout the recruiting process
- Own the candidate experience and be a Sidecar Health ambassador
- Report regularly on recruiting metrics and communicate effectively to leadership and your hiring managers
- Design and implement recruiting programs and processes that will help Sidecar Health scale
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years experience in a corporate or agency recruiting role scaling a fast-growing team
- You have a track record of providing an excellent candidate experience and successfully hiring exceptional candidates
- You are data-driven in how you work and present information, and have experience building a data-driven recruiting strategy
- Understanding of and affinity for the Sidecar Health mission – making great, affordable healthcare available to all
- A deep desire to change the status quo
