What you’ll do: 

  • Manage employee onboarding process administration
  • Process I-9 verifications of new employees
  • Coordinate with IT for new hire equipment set-up
  • Coordinate data entry and data management within our HRIS system
  • Assist in coordinating annual review process, benefits open enrollment, employment verifications, and leave of absence tracking
  • Provide support for employee and manager inquiries with world-class customer service
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking compliance training
  • Coordinate employee offboarding process with Payroll, IT, and termination documentation
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency, while ensuring a seamless employee experience
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with Recruiting, IT, People Business Partners, Office/Security
  • Assist in implementation of new HRIS system

What you need to know:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proactive and motivated to learn
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with MS Office and Zoom

Nice to haves but not required:  

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Zenefits preferred
  • Experience at a fast growing start-up preferred
