Leader of Talent Acquisition

No position at Reformation is about the status quo - every team member is passionate about building a company rooted in excellence.  Reformation is looking for a driven, results-oriented, creative and strategic relationship genius to be our Leader of Talent Acquisition. This role will report to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for senior-level recruiting as well as developing best practices for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing effectiveness in an effort to meet or exceed our hiring goals. We are looking for an exceptional and experienced talent acquisition leader, who can share Reformation’s story with the world in order to attract best-in-class talent.

What You’ll Do:

  • Embody Reformation culture and be a collaborative team player in driving recruitment strategy and practices across Reformation job groups
  • Be a full cycle recruiter for executive search and senior leadership roles
  • Support, define and lead the vision, strategy and goals for talent acquisition
  • Define, develop and rollout weekly recruiting metrics (qualitative and quantitative) in collaboration with the leadership team
  • Demonstrate a high level of performance and strategy against our ambitious hiring plans
  • Own and improve the recruiting process and tools to drive higher conversion rates and a superior candidate experience
  • Drive candidate sourcing strategies and employer branding across functions and platforms
  • Cultivate diverse talent pools through innovative and non-traditional brand and sourcing strategies
  • You see the big picture while paying attention to the smallest detail

What You’ll Need:

  • A seasoned talent acquisition leader (10+ years experience) with strong networks within e-commerce, fashion, retail, design, brand/merchandizing and product development talent; experience cultivating pipeline talent and executive search, a plus
  • Adept at workforce planning, forecasting and developing a talent pipeline strategy
  • Passionate about finding the right people and seeking talent in diverse candidate pools; you’re organized, detail-oriented, and you would never let great candidates slip by
  • An exceptional communicator who inspires confidence and builds relationships readily
  • Deep understanding of the hiring process, key recruiting metrics, and how to drive them to deliver successful outcome
  • Results-oriented and a self-starter who enjoys a challenge and is dedicated to “getting sh*t done” with minimal support and direction
  • Highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface with all levels across the entire organization
  • Expert communicator with a passion for describing our journey, our product and our culture
  • Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a fast changing environments
  • An understanding of and ability to network in an e-commerce driven, fast fashion environment with multiple retail locations, in-house manufacturing, product development, design and tech functions
  • Ability to lead and motivate talent acquisition team while encouraging growth, development and pushing for strategic recruiting practices
  • A passion for sustainability and desire to be part of a team driving eco-goodness within fashion!

We have 2 offices in Los Angeles: In a trendy outdoor mall at The Platform in Culver City with great restaurants and cafes and in Vernon.
