Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network.
We’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join our operations team and focus on people initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up looking to double in size in 2020. You’re gifted at:
-Verbal and written communication
-Project based work, you get things done
-Connecting with people, establishing trust through authenticity
-Creating visually appealing collateral
You have:
-1-2 years of HR and/or Recruiting experience
-An interest in furthering your career in People Operations
-A great work ethic matched by intense curiosity
-Experience working with discretion regarding sensitive personnel matters
-The ability to operate without ego, no task is too small
You command:
-Organization & project management
-Start-up hustle & teamwork
-Mondays 
Your opportunities for impact:
-Increase hiring velocity to aid in growing the team by 50+ people
-Office administration duties
-Culture initiatives for both local and remote employees and offices
-Own project management for all company events and functions
-Create internal and external facing collateral that grows our talent brand and helps solidify culture
