We’re seeking an HR/Payroll Coordinator to help us optimize our office, and work with our Head of Operations to improve performance in our day-to-day operations and coordinate the human resources and payroll functions for our company.

Requirements:

  • +3 years of experience
  • The individual should have proficient knowledge with ADP timekeeping/payroll or comparable payroll software systems
  • Benefits Administration

  • New Hire Onboarding
  • Quickbooks experience

What you will do:

  • Responsible for ensuring Manila and Woodland Hills facility payroll is accurate and processed in a timely manner, meeting all established organizational deadlines
  • Assists with creating offer and promotion letters, coordinate transfer process with internal transfers, and terminations
  • Oversees adherence to EEOC and affirmative action programs and diversity goals set by the organization
  • Promote our company culture through planned activities
  • Oversees training and safety programs in the context of compliance with State and Federal regulations
  • Reviews terminations and exercises care that reasons are well documented, not arbitrary or discriminatory, and submits to VP of Operations for approval prior to involuntary terminations
  • Conduct exit interviews with all voluntary separations
  • Work with the Head of Talent with onboarding and running needed reports
  • Process manual entries, stop payments, refunds, and termination checks as needed
  • Remit all garnishment notification to ADP for processing
  • Work with the office administration staff to keep the kitchen and common areas in order
  • Manages and organizes office operations and procedures including but not limited to bookkeeping, payroll, information management, filing systems, & supplies 
  • Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance during our huddles
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
