What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with staff, become the primary point-of-contact for employees, and further foster positive employee relations
- Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on employee relation matters and performance management
- Lead onboarding and offboarding
- Assist and advise employees on benefit related questions
- Build initiatives and programs to help further scale CREXI
- Continuously learn and maintain knowledge of employment law, especially as it pertains to California
- Audit systems to ensure compliance in accordance with employment law
- Ensure that employee records are maintained, recorded electronically, and kept up-to-date
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of HR experience in a high-growth environment
- PHR, SHRM or other relevant HR certifications preferred
- Extensive experience handling a broad range of employer relation matters (Compliance, LOA, Benefits, Onboarding/Offboarding, etc.) while possessing a strong understanding of employment law
- Prior experience working with a multi-state employer
- Demonstrable success partnering with a broad range of business leaders
- Exceptional communication and business acumen with a strong desire to help others
