In this role, you can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibility: owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, coaching business recruiters, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. You will partner with our Revenue Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and People Leaders to staff an industry-leading business team and help bring Miro to the world.

From creating an excellent candidate experience to working cross functionally with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Ops teams all over the world, our recruiters work together to make Miro's mission to double in size a reality. As Miro continues to grow, our recruiting team will focus on developing a best in class talent brand, stream-line core functions, and ensure that we recruit top talent while preserving our supportive culture.

What you’ll do

  • Develop collaborative relationships with key partners across Sales, Marketing, GTM, Business Operations, Customer Success/Support and HR to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to hit goals.
  • Source, recruit and hire incredible talent for a wide range of roles across our business organizations.
  • Manage, inspire and continue to scale our high-performing business recruiting team.
  • Consistently generate a balanced pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives like branding, events, sourcing, and referrals.
  • Model and teach good case recruiting practice to upskill our global recruiting team.
  • Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring and improve quality across US offices.
  • Partner with leadership to create and manage a recruiting budget; including partners, tools, and events.

What you'll need

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong experience hiring salespeople, ideally experienced with a range of non-technical recruiting.
  • Experience sourcing and closing high talent profiles ranging from Junior to Senior Management positions, preferably across the US and Europe.
  • A deep understanding of how to run a high quality, full-cycle and custom recruiting process and coach and lead a team to execute this plan seamlessly.
  • Consistent track record in driving efficiency in the use of technologies, process, and workflow.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset that demonstrates critical thinking abilities and an analytical and quantitative approach.
  • Proven success partnering with executives and leaders cross-functionally.
  • Extraordinary relationship building, consulting, negotiation skills both internally and externally.

What’s in it for you

  • Excellent health benefits that include medical, dental and vision.
  • Flexible time off.
  • Catered lunches.
  • Free snack and drinks.
  • Brand new office coming soon.
  • Team outings and collaboration.
