Job Summary
Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) spans across the entire organization and you will work with stakeholders across multiple verticals. Under the direction of the Principal Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), you will be the Aerospace representative for external partnerships, committees, and internal working groups and will support DEI programs, employee resource groups, and Diversity STEM pipeline programs and ensure measurable and successful outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- You will create and project manage diversity STEM pipeline programs to ensure alignment with Aerospace's organizational goals and to fill gaps of the Engineering workforce.
- Oversee the engagement of the Organization's eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and help develop and implement advanced learnings to strengthen the Organization's culture of inclusion.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships and partnerships with multiple community outreach, agencies, workforce development agencies, STEM programs, and those underrepresented in STEM through strategic analysis that supports pipeline programs.
- Design, develop, lead, and project management of professional development programs to support ERG events.
- You will recognize the need for change on initiatives through exercising strategic action and will display organizational effectiveness through high-velocity activities.

What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Typically, 10 or more years in Human Resources, DEI, or Professional development
- Must have experience designing, leading, and project management of professional development programs
- Experience managing community programs with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated strengths in building relationships, team collaboration, business acumen, analysis, conflict resolution, project management, and effective communication (verbal, non-verbal, and written)
- Willing to travel when we are back to our normal in-office work model

It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
- Masters, or PhD
- Experience working with Equal Employment Opportunity and conducting investigations
