The People Team is responsible for creating a healthy and productive workplace that attracts, retains, supports, and develops top talent. We are a team built upon the mission of launching a 3D Printed Rocket, and our goal is to create the environment to make this happen.
As the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Senior Manager, you will report to the VP of People and will have high visibility across all departments within the company. On a day to day, you will design and implement company-wide DEI strategies and programs, driving meaningful results against DEI goals. You will also work closely with the executive team such as the CEO, CTO, and other company leaders in building and driving an inclusive workplace that is representative of the humankind and wonder that Relativity strives to build at its company and to inspire in future generations.

You will lead and inspire leadership to adopt new initiatives and take on the tough conversations. You will balance business needs with DEI goals and will implement DEI programs with tangible and actionable results. As we grow, we aspire DEI to be an intrinsic element of our employee experience.
Strategy Development: You will develop and define Relativity’s internal and external DEI strategy, how we would define and measure success, and how we manage and influence change at our company and within our industry. This includes starting at the forefront with our talent pipeline by partnering with recruiting on our DEI hiring strategy, as well as building partnerships to further drive Relativity’s stance on DEI within the community.
Data Analysis and Reporting: You will design a framework for tracking, reporting, and communication around DEI metrics and progress. This will be key to holding ourselves accountable toward making progress.
Programs: You will ideate and launch DEI programs and indicatives across the company and with key orgs externally. This includes diving deep into our internal processes, identifying and addressing biases where they may exist, and coaching and consult with our leaders and managers on challenging DEI-related employee situations as needed.
Candidate Profile
You have successfully set up and driven DEI initiatives. You are passionate about diversity and inclusion and will go above and to build successful programs from the scratch. You are never content with the status quo and always seek to push the organization forward. You value compliance and process as much much as speed and agility.
Minimum Required Skills and Competencies
- 7+ years of professional experience in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space (management consulting a plus)
- 5+ years of experience influencing senior executives in a client-facing role
- Strong program and project management skills and operational rigor
- Ability to influence senior leaders and partner cross-functionally to implement DEI programs
- Fluency in data analysis to inform strategies and create metrics and accountability for effective, inclusive business outcomes
- Excellent communicator and writer
- Ability to manage ambiguity and complex problem-solving, emerging with strategic plans and deliverables
