Director, Talent Development Partner

Reporting to the VP, People Ops at DISQO, you will be a critical member of DISQOs People team, leading organizational L&D strategy and programs. The ideal candidate for this role has exceptional people skills as well as keen business acumen and a proven track record of leading global talent development practices to take talent programs to the next level.
- You will focus on key groups such as team leaders, middle managers and newcomers to create customized programs aimed at improving their managerial skills, core business skills, based on the skill sets required by the company.
- Further develop and deliver employee onboarding programs globally and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with your people operations colleagues as well as the business to define systems requirements and lead implementation of any learning platforms.
- Partner with Global Diversity & Inclusion ERG to integrate inclusion strategies into talent development programs
- Market internal offerings and establish a regular communication cadence to help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Participate in the engagement survey process, including support of results analysis, communication and action planning
- Apply a data-driven approach to measuring the impact and effectiveness of programs and continuously iterate to improve results
- Lead ad-hoc projects as they relate to talent management and employee experience as needed
- Perform any other duties as assigned or required
What you bring to the table:
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, OD or related field Experience in leading and designing leadership development programs is a must
- Experience with effectiveness and development tools such as DiSC, Hogan, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, etc.
- Advising and relationship management skills
- Strong instructional design, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Excellent emotional intelligence and influence skills
- Nice to haves: Ph.D. or Masters Degree in OD, HR or other related fields
- HRIS experience
- Experience building learning programs in the tech industry
- Previous experience with Learning Management Systems
