People Operations Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope of Culture &People Team support, including the areas of onboarding & orientation, performance management, compensation strategy, people programs, and compliance
- Manage Culture & People processes including data integrity, audits, policies, and payroll reconciliation in line with state and federal employment law
- Complete compliance and payroll reporting, including assisting with the ACA, EEOC, and 401k benefits reporting requirements
- Create and maintain Culture & People Operations workflows with a continuous eye towards efficiency and process improvement
- Support execution of offboarding including documentation and processing
- Gather and analyze data with useful people metrics such as employee turnover rates, training participation, compensation etc.
Culture & People Programs Responsibilities
- Maintain compensation and role/titling structure in line with internal philosophies and external best practices. Analyze external market data to determine market completive landscape and provide recommendations for internal practices
- Lead our new team member experience efforts as the first welcoming face for new hires and ensure new hires onboard successfully and made to feel at home with new team member orientation and training, onboarding processes, benefits training, etc
- Oversee performance management cycles including maintaining our performance management system, timely completion, support communication of best practices etc
- Contribute to organization-wide Culture & People projects and initiatives with both culture and HR objectives in mind
- Support programs and cultural initiatives including training administration, cultural committees, and others
You Have:
- 2+ years of HR experience in generalist or HR project management type role
- Employment law & regulations expertise and ability to apply to internal policies and procedures
- Experience participating in compensation activities a plus
- Experience with process improvement
- Experience working with HR systems such as HRIS, LMS, Performance Management etc
- Demonstrated success in supporting HR programs
- Desire to make a positive impact fast and have a proven ability to work effectively
- A “start up” mentality, with the ability and willingness to tackle of wide range of activities, big and small with cross functional teams
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills, curious mindset
- Ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks at once, and strong attention to detail
