As we expand our focus, we want to continue to provide a highly engaging environment for our team members that supports their well-being, which includes supporting and/or leading several our programs. We’re looking for a highly organized, responsible, detail-driven individual who wants to help us provide a world-class team member experience.
Responsibilities
- Be the liaison for CDM Wellness, including our massage program, financial planners, meditation and fitness classes
- Collect data, run reports and summarize data on key metrics for key programs like performance management and our engagement survey
- Support the yearly Performance Management cycle
- Create offers, verifications of employment, and immigration paperwork
- Support our payroll provider with boots on the ground for benefits and payroll inquiries
- Cover our front desk as needed
- Build communications and upkeep shared spaces with relevant company information
- Coordinating and scheduling large meetings
- Creating and sending communications and upkeep of announcement boards
- Help the team set up for large office events and/or trainings
- Reporting and filing of HR paperwork and documents
- Supporting our culture committees with implementing their initiatives
