About the Role:
GoodRx is hiring a full time temporary Technical Recruiter to support our HR and Recruiting Team while a colleague is on parental leave from February 2019 – May 2019. This role will report to Technical Recruiter and will be responsible for hiring positions across several departments and locations. This individual would describe themselves as analytical, creative and passionate about placing candidates in positions that align with their aspirations and company needs. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, engaging with candidates from screening phase through offer negotiation 
• Actively source qualified candidates using internet databases, social media and employee referrals
• Conduct prescreening interviews and coordinate phone and onsite interviews acting as the liaison between candidate and staff at all stages of the process 
• Ensure a prompt and personal candidate interaction at all stages of the process 
• Assist with HR / On boarding projects as requested 

Skills & Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have at 6+ years of experience in recruiting across various departments with a strong focus on technical recruiting
• Solid understanding of how to recruit multiple disparate positions simultaneously
• Tact, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information
• Sound judgment and able to anticipate needs and problems Highly organized, detail oriented and analytical
• Ability to work independently as all as interact and communicate with all organizational levels
