That’s where you come in.  We’re seeking a talented and seasoned Contract Recruiter to coordinate each step of the hiring process from start to finish, and help scale our organization!  

This role may lead to a full time position based on performance and company needs.  

What You Will Do:

• Full cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing.
• Schedule candidate interviews. You will often work directly with candidates and the Recruiting team to facilitate the interview process
• Schedule interviews through Greenhouse
• Ensure information is up to date in Greenhouse, including receiving interviewer feedback in a timely manner
• Help create job descriptions, and post jobs on Greenhouse
• Research compensation
• Work on references and creation of offer letters
• Act as a Brand Ambassador in providing the best in class recruiting experience to attract top talent
• Ensure the candidate has an outstanding recruiting experience through prompt verbal and written communication
• Represent and promote Convoso to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data

Who You Are:

• Min 4-6 years experience in full cycle recruiting
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS, and experience with Greenhouse Onboarding a plus
• Sourcing experience highly desirable
• Proven success working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask
• Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute swiftly and with high level of accuracy 
• Ability to work with various hiring managers
• Experience in a startup environment
• Ability to wear multiple hats, and take initiative, and navigate through an abstract environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor degree in a related field
